Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription from StreamPri.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

The service

StreamPri.me provides access to live TV channels, on-demand movies and TV series box sets via internet streaming. Content availability may vary and is subject to change.

Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell or redistribute your account credentials or access.

Account activation: Orders are manually processed by our team. Activation typically takes a few hours. We will contact you by email once your account is active.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly, yearly or two-yearly). Payment is due at the start of each billing period.

Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price you originally paid. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your subscription.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact our support team. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription. It does not apply to renewal payments.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by law or under the 30-day guarantee above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login with others outside your household
• Attempt to circumvent any geographic or technical restriction
• Use the service for any commercial purpose or public performance
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute any content
• Use automated tools to access the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.

Service availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, experience technical issues, or have content removed by rights holders. These events do not entitle you to a refund unless the disruption is sustained and within our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPri.me is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding your claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance.
